Current Projects

Toms Kitchen – St Katherine’s Dock, London

We are almost at the end of another successful project for Michelin-starred chef Tom Aitkin.  The 14 week project at Toms Kitchen has included the removal of the existing mezzanine flooring and installing a new mezzanine area.  We have laid various beautiful floor finishes around the restaurant including reclaimed oak parquet flooring.  A new and exciting bespoke theatre kitchen has been designed which has created an open plan look and feel, fantastic for food demonstration purposes and a design that has been used by many celebrity chefs whether its to discuss menu options with diners or show off their culinary skills.
A large aluminium bespoke 2500mm tall original Crittal window has been put up inside of the restaurant with low level bi-folding doors for the use of partitioning and to generate a bespoke decorative feature.

Completed Projects

Wafflemeister – White City – Image above

Wafflemeister serves delicious handmade Belgian Waffles.  We were responsible for the manufacturing and installation of the kiosk on behalf of Wafflemeister within the busy Westfield Shopping Centre in White City London.  This expansion is a part of their continued worldwide brand development.  The Kiosk design was developed in conjunction with DESIGNCORP and was based on existing installations on Oxford Street, Baker Street and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

More images and details of all the projects will be on the website soon.

Italian Kitchen

Italian Kitchen is a restaurant famous for its scrumptious Italian dishes from fresh pasta to yummy pizzas.  We recently fitted out a unit within the food court of Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton.  The food court is located on the top floor so we had to overcome some logistical challenges of taking goods in and out.  We completed the entire re-fit in 3 weeks which was designed by Lifeforms.  The fit-out included the use of tulip wood on low height walls and cladding of counters.  Three different types of vinyl were used on the floors and walls as well as other manufacturing, electrical and decorating works.

Scarpetta

Scarpetta is an authentic Italian Restaurant located on Cannon Street in London close to St Pauls Cathedral.  The restaurant is spread over two floors and DG Professional Interiors worked closely with design company i-am Associates to transform this space into an elegant restaurant within 5 weeks. The main features that have been covered are the tiled and timber flooring, concrete wall panelling with recess lettering and a contemporary lay-in grid metal mesh ceiling with bespoke ceiling fans. We have also manufactured and fitted various raised and staged areas using stairs.  All electrical work has been completed by our team of highly experienced electricians.

Canas Y Tapas

Canas Y Tapas is an authentic restaurant, bar and café serving traditional Spanish dishes. We have just started working on a fit-out in Islington London.  The 7 week project will consist of an entire shop fit-out from manufacturing, lighting and decoration work.  The new shop front will open up out onto the street so the diners can enjoy sitting outside.  Various finishes of Cor-ten steel, Viroc  panels, and removal of the plaster from the walls helps to bring back the old brick wall to create a rustic look and feel.  Other works include sanding and sealing floors and installing the front and back bar.
